Last Saturday, we were thrilled to get our weekend started with WoW’s very first beauty and fashion event with Privé Aesthetics and Club 21. Together with about 20 special guests, including our WoW Women — Rachel Lim, Viola Tan, Charmaine Seah and Katherina-Olivia Lacey — we gathered at 3.1 Phillip Lim‘s Marina Bay Sands boutique for a delightful afternoon of female bonding. There were delish canapés (we’ll have more of those mini truffled potato tarts, please!). There was champagne. There were pampering hand treatments, courtesy of Privé. And there was ample fun dressing up the girls in Lim’s FW17 collection (scroll down for photo evidence). That said, it wasn’t all entertainment and no edification. Dr Karen Soh, Privé’s medical director, gave us a crash course on anti-ageing skin care and remedies. And Club 21’s style services manager Lani Chan inspired a few ideas for our year-end wardrobe situation. Wish you were there. x
